Elegant and at one with its environment, Delta Dunes sits on the river mouth itself. On one side lies the Tana River and its graceful wetlands, on the other 50km of deserted beach and the Indian Ocean. The lodge straddles the long line of dunes that shield the Tana Delta’s flood plains from the waters of the Indian Ocean.
Perched on top of miles of rolling rippling dunes with fabulous views overlooking the old delta of the Tana River on one side and the Indian Ocean on the other, alfresco accommodation and mess area are built in a castaway style but with all the ultimate comforts.
