  • Continue uphill to Mackinders Valley with panoramic views of the main peaks
  • Dinner and overnight at Shipton Camp (4200m)

  • Leave Shipton Camp at 3:00 am
  • Ascend steep stony quarry cutting through a cliff
  • Pass Lower Hall Tarns
  • Arrive at Point Lenana (4985m) at around 6:30 am (≈ 3 hours)
  • Enjoy sunrise at Point Lenana
  • Descend to Shipton Camp for breakfast
  • Continue descent to Sirimon Park Gate
  • Transfer back to Nairobi, arriving in the evening
